Real experiences from Malaysian players who have enjoyed the VIP Rewards program
The most rewarding VIP program I've ever joined — apace138's Diamond membership with 20% weekly cashback genuinely takes the edge off. Some weeks I've gotten back over RM 2,000 without doing anything extra. My personal account manager is always responsive and ready to help.
I started at Bronze and climbed to Gold in just 4 months. What I love about apace138 is that VIP points never expire, so there's no pressure if you play less in a given month. I recently redeemed my points for RM 200 in credits, and the 15% daily reload bonus has been absolutely worth it!
As an Elite member, playing at apace138 is genuinely a different experience from other platforms. Withdrawals in under a minute, no withdrawal limits, and last year I even received a complimentary trip to Langkawi for two! The rewards here truly show that apace138 values its loyal players.
Not all online casino VIP programs are created equal. Some look appealing on the surface, but a closer look reveals terms and conditions that make it genuinely difficult for players to enjoy the promised benefits. At apace138, we designed this VIP Rewards program with one core goal — ensuring every loyal player genuinely feels the value of their loyalty through real, easy-to-claim rewards.
VIP Program apace138 open to all registered members with no joining fees or complicated application process. From the moment you register and make a deposit, our system automatically begins tracking and accumulating your VIP points in the background. You play, points accumulate – it's that simple.
One of the most common complaints about online casino VIP programs is how confusing the point calculation can be — convoluted formulas, endless exceptions, and situations where players have no idea how many points they should be earning. At apace138, we keep the system as straightforward as possible. For every RM 10 wagered on slots or fishing games, you earn 1 VIP point. For Live Casino and Blackjack, every RM 12 gives you 1 point. Simple, consistent and easy to verify yourself.
All earned points are displayed in real time within your account dashboard, complete with a detailed transaction history. There are no hidden calculations or unexplained missing points. This is a commitment by apace138 to the transparency we uphold across every aspect of our platform.
Every tier in the VIP program apace138 designed to deliver increasingly meaningful benefits as you move up. Bronze players already enjoy 5% weekly cashback credited automatically — no manual claiming required. Once you reach Silver, cashback rises to 8% and you gain access to a 10% daily Reload Bonus that can significantly boost your playing funds.
Players who reach Gold tier will notice an even more meaningful difference — 10% cashback, 15% daily Reload Bonus, a withdrawal limit raised to RM 30,000 per day, and early access to new games before they launch to the general public. This is a tier many players reach within 2 to 3 months with a consistent playing style.
Once you reach Platinum, this is where the VIP program apace138 starts to feel like a genuinely exclusive experience. Every Platinum member gets a dedicated account manager who can be reached directly for any need — from technical issues to special requests around bonuses and withdrawals. No more waiting in the general customer support queue.
The Diamond tier takes things even further – 20% unlimited weekly cashback means if you have a net loss of RM 10,000 in a week, RM 2,000 is automatically credited back to your account every Monday. Add a 30% daily Reload Bonus, a RM 200,000 daily withdrawal limit and a RM 500 birthday gift – this is a program that truly shows apace138 truly values the loyalty of Malaysian players.
Elite VIP members at apace138 is an exclusive tier that offers an experience rarely matched by any other online casino platform in Malaysia. VIP points are earned at a 3x rate across all games — meaning you accumulate points three times faster than a Bronze member. A 25% cashback is credited daily with no cap, and there is no withdrawal limit whatsoever.
The most exclusive perk is a complimentary holiday benefit worth up to RM 15,000, redeemable for domestic travel packages to destinations like Langkawi, Penang, Sabah or Sarawak. apace138 partners with select hotels and airlines in Malaysia to ensure these travel packages deliver a truly premium, unforgettable experience.
One of the VIP program features apace138 what our members value most is the flexibility in redeeming points. You can convert VIP points into game credits to use on slots, blackjack or live casino. Or redeem them for shopping vouchers accepted at popular Malaysian retail stores. Prefer cash? No problem — 1,000 VIP points can be converted to RM 1, credited directly to your Malaysian bank account.
For more active players who reach higher tiers, even more valuable redemption options become available, including the latest electronic gadgets, spa packages, and of course the luxury travel packages mentioned above. You choose the reward that best suits your needs and preferences — apace138 never pushes you toward any particular option.
